How New Beginnings Journey Started...
New Beginnings was established in August 2005, when our founders experienced firsthand the challenge of finding high-quality childcare for their own children.
From the very beginning, we have believed that the best way to understand what families need is to listen to them. We have taken the time to understand parents’ needs, wishes and aspirations for their children, as well as the frustrations they sometimes experienced with the childcare available within their local communities.
This listening approach helped shape the nurseries we have created today. We are committed to providing high-quality environments and experiences where children can learn, develop and thrive, while allowing our staff the opportunity to grow and be part of an organisation that is genuinely passionate about learning and development.
As a family-run company, family values remain at the heart of New Beginnings. We want each of our nurseries to feel like a home from home – a place where children feel safe, happy, valued and encouraged to explore, learn and grow, and where families feel welcomed and supported.
Our journey continues to be shaped by the families we work with. We will always listen to their views, learn from their experiences and look for ways to improve, so that every child can enjoy a happy, positive and enriching experience at New Beginnings.
