A Family-Run Nursery Group

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to New Beginnings.

As a parent of four children, I understand just how important the decisions we make for our children are – particularly during those precious early years. New Beginnings was founded in 2005 from our own family’s experience of searching for the right childcare. Today, we remain a family-run nursery group, and the values we started with continue to be at the heart of everything we do.

Our aim has always been simple: to give every child the care, nurture and encouragement we would want for our own children. We feel incredibly privileged to be part of such an important stage in a child’s life – supporting their first friendships, discoveries, experiences and steps in learning.

I am genuinely grateful that you are considering New Beginnings for your child and trusting us to potentially become part of their journey.

Our Nurseries

We provide high-quality childcare across Havering and Loughton, with warm, supportive practitioners who work closely with you and your child throughout their early years. We take the time to get to know every child as an individual, understanding their needs, interests, personality and developing skills.

Our nurseries offer excellent facilities, high-quality resources and thoughtfully planned learning environments that encourage curiosity, creativity and confidence. Every day brings new opportunities to explore, discover, learn and grow, helping children to develop the skills and confidence they need for their next steps.

At New Beginnings, we are committed to providing a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment where every child feels confident to learn, explore and grow. We encourage children to develop respect for themselves and others, while nurturing their confidence, independence and love of learning.

Through a wide range of creative, engaging and meaningful experiences, children are encouraged to develop their social skills, communication, creativity and self-expression. Our practitioners provide high-quality teaching and learning experiences, thoughtfully planned in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and responsive to each child’s individual interests, needs and stage of development..

Fostering Exploration and Discovery

Children are naturally curious. They learn through exploring, investigating, asking questions and making sense of the world around them. At New Beginnings, we encourage this natural curiosity and give children the time, space and support to discover things for themselves.

Through play and meaningful hands-on experiences, children are encouraged to explore new ideas, try new things, embrace challenges and develop new skills.

Our practitioners create opportunities that spark imagination, encourage inquisitive thinking and build confidence, helping children develop strong foundations for their future learning.
