Policies and procedures play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care that aligns with the requirements of the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). The EYFS mandates that providers develop written policies and procedures, and offer training to staff during their induction to ensure they thoroughly understand and can effectively implement these guidelines. Additionally, it’s important that these policies and procedures are readily available and communicated to parents. These policies also form part of the contract between New Beginnings and parents.
