The Importance of Policies and Procedures in Early Years Care
Policies and procedures are essential for delivering high-quality care that meets the standards set by the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). The EYFS requires that providers establish written policies and procedures and provide training to staff during their induction. This ensures that all team members have a thorough understanding and can effectively implement these guidelines.
