Policies and Procedures-Parents
The Importance of Policies and Procedures in Early Years Care
Policies and procedures are essential for delivering high-quality care that meets the standards set by the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). The EYFS requires that providers establish written policies and procedures and provide training to staff during their induction. This ensures that all team members have a thorough understanding and can effectively implement these guidelines.
Moreover, it is vital that these policies and procedures are easily accessible and clearly communicated to parents. Below, you will find some of our policy documentation. The following documents are available for download in pdf format
September 2025 IMPORTANT update: The policies and procedures have been reviewed. We have made revisions to some policies. These will be indicated on the policy and highlighted in yellow. Where a policy has been reviewed and no changes have been made we have indicated that in the drop down notes below. Should you have any questions or queries please do not hesitate to contact your nursery management team.
