After applying for a place, viewing the nursery through our virtual tour platform and accepting the place offered to you all documents will need to be completed. Our client service team will then make contact with you instructing you where you can book your 1st zoom settling in session with the nursery manager. 

Our settling in process has had to be adapted to ensure we are minimising visitors into the setting while children are attending. A week or two before your child is due to start nursery you will be able to book in a 30 minute zoom call to discuss any questions and ensure that the forms which will be provided electronically have been completed such as your child's care plan and all about me. After the zoom meeting with the nursery manager you will then be invited to visit the nursery with your child for 30 minutes and meet the manager in person alongside your child's room leader. After this meeting the nursery manager will arrange a settle for your child to visit the nursery and their new room for up to 2 hours.
