Policies and Procedures-Staff
Policies and procedures play a vital role in ensuring that New Beginnings Nurseries Ltd delivers high-quality care and education in line with the requirements of the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
The EYFS requires all providers to have clear, written policies and procedures in place. These are shared with staff as part of their induction and ongoing training to ensure they fully understand their responsibilities and can consistently implement best practice across the nursery.
Our policies are also readily available to parents and carers, as transparency and partnership working are central to our ethos. These documents form part of the contractual agreement between New Beginnings and our families and outline our commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, quality care and continuous improvement.
