Rainham Staff Team

Laura is the Nursery Manager at New Beginnings Rainham. She began her journey with New Beginnings at the Rainham branch in July 2007 as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. 18 years on, she has gone from strength to strength. In May 2022, Laura became the Nursery Manager at New Beginnings Loughton. Laura supported and managed the staff team to ensure they delivered the best possible care for the children in the most stimulating and safe environment. In February 2026, Laura returned to the Rainham branch to take over the role of Nursery Manager.

New Beginnings Rainham is a setting that Laura has a deep understanding and care for, which enables her to foster a safe and positive environment for children to thrive and learn.

Laura loves to watch the children grow in confidence, develop new skills, overcome challenges, and show pride in their achievements. It is such a rewarding feeling for her to see the children grow at New Beginnings.
