Paula has been part of the New Beginnings family since 2013,

With a wealth of knowledge and experience in the early years sector, Paula brings a deep understanding of high-quality childcare, operational excellence, and team development. Her long-standing commitment to New Beginnings ensures consistency, strong leadership, and ongoing support for both staff and settings, helping each nursery thrive and deliver the best outcomes for children and families.

Ana first joined New Beginnings in 2019, where she completed her apprenticeship and began her early years career. She went on to become a Room Manager, gaining valuable leadership experience before taking a break to focus on her family.

In 2025, we were delighted to welcome Ana back to New Beginnings as Deputy Manager. The from February 2026, Ana has proudly assumed the role of Nursery Manager. She is deeply passionate about supporting children and their families, working closely with staff to create a warm, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
